The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People

Stephen R. Covey

This classic is a must read for all leaders. The book was first published in 1989 but many of the principles are timeless. In fact, many authors on productivity quotes or borrows Covey's content from this book.

Covey provides seven principles for personal and professional effectiveness, including:
1. Be proactive
2. Begin with the end in mind
3. Using a "win-win" mindset in relationships
4. Communicating effectively
5. Continuously improving and learning
6. Being empathetic and understanding the perspectives of others
7. Renewing oneself regularly through practices such as exercise and meditation.

By implementing these habits, individuals can improve their ability to manage their time and tasks, communicate effectively with others, and make progress towards their goals, which can lead to greater productivity.
